A day that began at a bath house in Pompeii draws to a close at the Pantheon in Rome. We were just walking around and I was completely unprepared for the power and presence of this fucking thing. I don’t have anything to add to it except to try and imagine it as it appeared when it was built 1,900 years ago, knowing it has been in continuous use since the day it was completed.
